Register by Jan. 20 for discounted registration to the 2017 IAADFS Show

registernow_300Pre-registration is open for the 2017 Duty Free Show of the Americas, which will take place March 26-29 at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida. Attendees who register by Jan. 20 will receive the lowest registration rate.

This year’s Trademarket is the place where attendees can experience the best of what the industry has to offer in one location, featuring thousands of brands from the duty free industry.

Attendees may register online in English or in Spanish by selecting the preferred language at the top of the registration site. Online registration is available for attendees using all methods of payment, including credit card, check, or wire transfer. All registrations are processed using a secure website. Online registration helps ensure the accuracy of our data, and you receive immediate confirmation of your registration. Your registration confirmation includes instructions on how to book rooms online at the Orlando World Center Marriott.

Registration deadlines:

  • Jan. 20: Deadline to receive discounted rate of $350. (Beginning Jan. 21, registration fee is $400.)
  • Feb. 17:  Deadline to cancel attendee registration for refund, minus a $75 fee per canceled registration. Any registration cancellations received or postmarked after this date are non-refundable.
  • Feb. 24: Deadline to submit a hotel room reservation request, either online or by using the Hotel Reservation Form.

Registration includes:
